High temperature or high temperature failure shutdown:

 

Poor quality oil or oil products, lack of oil; The oil filter is blocked or the oil circuit is not smooth; Fan motor failure (contactor failure); Air filter plugging; Temperature sensor failure; The cooler has poor heat dissipation or the heat sink is blocked. Temperature control valve failure; The host is damaged.

 

The whole machine consumes large amount of oil:

 

High non-exhaust oil content: lubricating pipe leakage or seal failure.

 

High oil content: whether the return pipe is smooth.

 

Oil level is too high: long-term low pressure operation; Oil failure; Oil emulsification or deterioration; Precision filter failure; Loading and unloading are too frequent.

 

 

Electrical failure:

 

Part of the electrical operation is normal (high voltage, low voltage, contactor is bad); Motor failure; The power switch is in poor contact.

 

Gas production without loading:

 

Intake valve failure; Solenoid valve failure;

 

Other faults: air leakage/blockage of the control pipe, loose control wiring, and failure of the controller key.

 

Abnormal shutdown:

 

Non-overload shutdown: high-temperature shutdown, power failure, loose wiring, circuit relay or insurance failure;

 

Overload shutdown: excessive exhaust pressure, thermal relay failure, lubricating oil viscosity increase, main motor failure, loose motor or contactor connection, main engine failure, set value is too small.

 

Be sure to turn off the power and relieve pressure completely during maintenance.
